A manager account includes an RSS 2.0.1 content archive, customizeable web template, and access to the Manager's administrative tools. Active content archives are restricted to 100k storage (about 200 250 word items) SophiaKnows is a service provider. It does not review the contents of user accounts and account pages. Provided: Sophiaknows reserves the right to delete material that in anyway inteferes with or otherwise impairs the regular operation of our system. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY Sophiaknows' GPL downloads and components are made available on an as is basis. SophiaKnows makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the software's fitness for any particular use or purpose. COPYLEFT LICENSE Software and downloads are made available under the GNU Copyleft License. Users may copy, alter or extend software downloaded from this site. Provided: all copies including modifications and extensions must be freely distributed. COPYRIGHT VIOLATIONS SophiaKnows will take appropriate actions in response to complaints of copyright violations taking the form of a notice otherwise complying with a copyright holder's notice requirement under (17 U.S.C. § 512) and clearly identifying at least: the specific content allegedly infringing the copyright holder's interest and its specific location in our system (system URL); the general nature of the original work that serves as the basis of the copyright holder's claim; as well as the general nature and scope of the of the injury alleged by the complaining copyright holder; Notices should be sent to our agent at: copyrights@sophiaknows.com.

COPYRIGHTS IN CONTENT Users retain all copyrights in their original works of authorship included in their weblogs and news feeds. Provide: users grant a litmited license to Sophiaknows and third-party syndicators re-publish, with appropriate notices, content originally published in their SK2.0 weblog or news feed account. PRIVACY POLICY SophiaKnows does not share information provided by its users and visitors with third parties. Information provided to SophiaKnows in the course of registering and maintaining an SK2.0 web or newslog is supplied for the exclusive purpose of supporting and maintaining our systems. Provided, information otherwise made public through the user's published web or newlogs may appear on SK2.0 or third party accumulator pages. SECURITY & USER CONTENT SophiaKnows cannot assure the integrity of user content data stored on our server. SK2.0 server-based transactions, including account logons, are currently transmitted in-the-clear. As such, users should be aware that it would be possible for a determined attacker to delete or alter account contents. Users are advised to use the export tools to download regular backups of their RSS content.
